Hi, I’m Hailee!

I’m based in sunny Southern California and currently finishing up my marketing degree. My path to marketing wasn’t exactly traditional – I actually started out as a pre-med student. Everything changed when I began working as a promotional model for a local radio station. Being out at events, connecting with people, and watching how promotions could bring a brand to life sparked something in me. That experience showed me the power of marketing, and I knew I had to follow that passion.

Since then, I’ve gained experience in both social media and event marketing, and I’ve learned that my favorite projects are the ones where people feel truly engaged. Golf tournaments, for example, will always hold a special place for me – there’s nothing quite like hosting and promoting in an environment where people are relaxed, in their element, and open to connecting.

To me, marketing is not just about making a sale. It’s about building connections, sharing knowledge, and creating experiences that people remember. Think with Hailee is my space to reflect on what I’m learning – from the classroom to real-world projects – as I continue growing into the kind of marketer I want to be.

Outside of marketing, I love to bake (always experimenting with new recipes) and read (recommendations welcome!). Both give me a creative outlet and a chance to slow down when life gets busy.
